• ERP techno functional specialist (ERP, HCM) with varying years of experience.
• Certifications preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot issues reported by clients.
• Ability to write BI report, SQL, OTBI analysis. ,
• Understanding of security aspects of ERP/HCM.
• Work in a demanding environment with dedicated work hours.
• Good communication skills (writing, presentation and Oral). Work in a team of other support consultants to help resolve the issue where needed.
• Goal /Result oriented.
• Proficiency in ERP Integration capabilities (BI, BICC, FBDI, HDL, HCM Extracts, web services, report).
• Proficiency in at least 3 functional flows within ERP.
• Understanding of sandbox Customization tools
